Wellnz is seeking to appoint a Claims Support Administrator in Auckland

Wellnz is a leader in human risk consultancy. We work closely with our employers to support their people with: injury management, return to work support for non-injury factors (illness, mental health), injury prevention, early intervention and other wellbeing services. This role will provide claims administration support to the Wellnz invoicing, finance and claims management teams, and as well as the processing of data in an accurate and efficient manner, will at times, require clear and concise communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

We will count on you to:
- Implement and deliver services that meets contractual requirements
- Ensure client contracts and positive working relationships are maintained
- Provide administrative support to service teams
- Enter accurate and timely data
- Upload hard copy information against the appropriate digital claim record
- Modify and update database systems as required
- Support the finance team to reconcile provider statements
- Foster positive health and safety practices
- Comply with MMB's H&S Policy
What you need to have:
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
- Accurate and fast entering of information into databases
- Excellent organisation skills – able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills – able to work within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) – Outlook, Word and Excel
- Willing to accept responsibility and accountability for own decisions and work
- Strong problem solving capabilities
