1. Make sure that staff get salary correctly and on time. 2. Monitoring staff performance and attendance. 3. Responsible for all Employment and Industrial Relations activities including handling matters relating to disciplinary action, staff grievances, counselling and staff misconduct. 4. Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence. 5. Handling the renewal contract and agreement for client. 6. Handling submission document for tender. 7. Responsible for company vechicles. 8. Handling the renewal passport and visa for Foreigner worker. 9.Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system. 10.Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
