Internal Sales Executive (with French and English) [Poland]

Job Purpose:

Internal co-owner of accounts with FSE / IKAM for the largest accounts delivering customer satisfaction and developing new sales opportunities

Key account management for defined set of mid-sized partner across the TD SYNNEX portfolio; incentivised based on total portfolio

Accountaibilities:

The main accountabilities for this position are to maximizes call potential and outcomes using a number of different sources to gain information on customers. Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and having conversations with them around a solution/product area. To also give recommendations to enhance the value proposition by collecting information from the customer to understand the business requirements.
  • Builds excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement
  • Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
  • Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as daily talk time and outbound calls
  • Engages in active inside selling and "intelligent project fishing". Manages customer backorder along specialist knowledge
  • Build a strong pipeline within our TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities


Knowledge Skills and Experience

To excel in this position it is necessary to have some sales experience and a strong desire to grow and learn. We are also looking for someone with some knowledge of hardware and software solutions. A positive attitude and a person who understands sales processes. Daily training will be given to help skill up the team. If you are a high level French speaker who likes to build relationships and loves the drive sales gives, then this is the position for you!
  • Very Good organizational skills and high attention to details
  • Target driven and focused and understanding of Sales Processes
  • Effective Communication Skills with a high level of active listening skills
  • IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential
  • Location: Warsaw, Poland (Must)
  • Languages required: French (C2/Native) and English (B2)
