We are looking for an experienced call center who is fluent in Malay to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for making phone calls to potential customers, presenting offers, answering inquiries, and increasing sales of our products or services. We provide high incentive for each job complete. Eligibility Criteria: Proficient in speaking and writing in Malay. Experience as a call center would be an advantage. Good communication skills and ability to explain products or services clearly. Have the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively. Expertise in achieving sales targets and obtaining results. Thorough and efficient in recording and reporting information accurately. Professional, integrity, and customer-oriented attitude. Able to work independently and in a team. Good product knowledge and ability to update knowledge quickly. Main responsibility: Make phone calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products or services. Convey the offer and explain the features of the product or service clearly. Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints with professionalism. Achieve sales targets set by the company. Record important information and report sales results to the leader. Maintain good relations with customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Comply with company procedures and guidelines in carrying out duties as a call center. Updating knowledge about products or services offered periodically. Have a good voice.
